On August 15, 2016 AC Steve Balstad (Ret) suffered a medical issue while driving near Lake Park, MN with his wife Sandy. Unfortunately, AC Balstad did not survive. His wife Sandy suffered injuries and has undergone surgery. She is still recovering.
